GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION

By visiting, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms and Conditions. From time to time we may modify the Terms and Conditions and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. For this reason, please read the Terms and Conditions and check back often.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the client with LOUD Apparel at www.loud-apparel.com, by  placing your order you enter into an agreement with us and accept our terms & conditions.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We must receive the full payment of your order before accepting and dispatching the products.

You will receive after an e-mail with all information of your order.

Customers must be 18 years or over, or if under you should use LOUD Apparel website in conjuction and consent with a parent/guardian who agree to the Terms and Conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund including your initial postage costs. Order cancellations must be sent in writing to info@loud-apparel.com, quoting your order number, within 24 hours of order received by us, LOUD Apparel. We will aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. We can only refund your purchase to the payment card that you used for the original purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.

POSTAL POLICY 

LOUD Apparel will do its best to deliver the products within the timescale estimated, however delays may occasionally incur. LOUD Apparel will not be liable of any delays or failure to deliver the products from the courier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to Loud Apparel, shall remain at all times vested in Loud Apparel. All such Content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by Loud Apparel and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
