Shipping and Returns

  • FREE shipping over £180 Worldwide.
  • Your order will be delivered to the address you have indicated during the process of your order placed.
  • All prices can be changed to your local currency and are exempt of VAT.
  • Please note, for certain countries outside EU, you are responsible of any customs, import duties that the parcel may incur when it reaches your destination.
  • RETURNS POLICY
  • In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:
  • LOUD Apparel, Unit 7 Maun House, 1 Dunn Street, E8 2DG, London, UK.
  • You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.
  • Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.
  • Refunds will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 14days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.
  • If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible for original shipping cost incurred if not reached the minimum free ship criteria, returns postage expenses and any import taxes.
  • Exchanging items, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible for any return shipment costs.

  • LOUD Apparel will do its best to deliver the products within the timescale estimated, however delays may occasionally incur. LOUD Apparel will not be liable of any delays or failure to deliver the products from the courier.
