Care Instructions

To wash Poly Oxford water-resistant fabric, machine wash on a cool cycle (30°C) or hand wash with a gentle detergent like soap flakes or a specialized performance wash, avoiding fabric softeners and harsh chemicals. After washing, drip dry or cool tumble dry according to the manufacturer's instructions, and consider re-proofing with a product like Nikwax TX Direct to maintain water repellency.Detailed Washing Instructions:

Preparation:

  • Close zippers and any other fasteners on your garment.
  • Brush off any excess dirt or mud from the fabric's surface.

Washing Method: Machine Wash: 

Use a cool (30°C) wash cycle, preferably on a delicate or synthetic setting with a gentle spin. Ensure no detergent residue is left in the machine by running a rinse cycle beforehand if necessary.

Hand Wash: Immerse the garment in cool water and gently agitate with a specialized performance wash or pure soap. Rinse thoroughly until the runoff is clear.

Detergents & Softeners:

  • Avoid: Do not use standard detergents, biological washing powders, fabric conditioners/softeners, or commercial stain removers.
  • Use: Opt for specialized performance washes (e.g., Nikwax Tech Wash) or pure soap flakes

Drying:

  • Drip Dry: Hang your garment to drip dry away from direct sunlight.
  • Tumble Dry: If the manufacturer's instructions allow, use a cool tumble setting. Avoid wringing or squeezing the fabric.

Maintaining Water Repellency (Re-proofing):

  • After washing, and to restore the water-repellent finish (DWR), consider using a re-proofing product like Nikwax TX.Direct (wash-in or spray-on) following the product's instructions.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
