100% Recycled yarn Wool/Cashmere/Polyamide

Care Instructions

For 100% recycled yarn containing Wool, Cashmere, and Polyamide, the recommended washing instructions are to hand wash gently in cool water (below 30°C) with a mild, non-biological detergent or a specialist wool/cashmere wash, then do not bleach or tumble dry, reshape the item and dry it flat, andiron on a cool setting if necessary.Step-by-step washing instructions:

  1. Preparation: Turn the garment inside out. If machine washing, place it in a mesh bag to protect it from agitation and friction.
  2. Washing:
  • Hand Wash (recommended): Use cool water (below 30°C) and a mild, non-biological detergent or a specialist wool/cashmere wash. Soak for a short time (e.g., 10-15 minutes) and do not rub. Rinse thoroughly with cool, lukewarm water until clear.
  1. Rinsing: Rinse the garment thoroughly with cool water until the water runs clear.
  2. Removing excess water: Do not wring. Gently squeeze out excess water or wrap the garment in a terry cloth towel and press to absorb water.
  3. Drying: Reshape the garment and lay it flat on a clean towel or drying rack, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Never hang wet wool or cashmere.
  4. Finishing: Iron on a cool setting if necessary, or steam to remove wrinkles and odors.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

LOUD Apparel, Unit 7 Maun House, 1 Dunn Street, E8 2DG, London, UK.

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
