Care Instructions

Hand wash your garment in cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) using a mild wool-friendly detergent. Never wring or twist the fabric. Squeeze out excess water by rolling it in a towel, reshape, and lay flat to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Step-by-Step Washing Process Follow these steps to safely clean a delicate blend of cashmere, fine wool, viscose, polyamide, and recycled yarn without causing damage, shrinking, or pilling. 1. Preparation

  • Check the care label permanently attached to your garment first to see if your specific brand allows machine washing.
  • Always turn the garment inside out to protect the outer surface from friction and pilling.
  • If you notice fuzz balls, gently remove them using a cashmere comb or depiller before washing.

2. Washing (Hand Wash is Best)

  • Fill a clean sink, tub, or basin with cold to lukewarm water. Ensure the temperature does not exceed 30°C (85°F).
  • Add a small amount (about a teaspoon) of a mild detergent specifically formulated for wool, silk, or delicates. Avoid fabric softeners and biological/enzyme detergents, as they can degrade natural fibers.
  • Submerge the garment and gently swirl it. Never rub, scrub, or twist the material. Let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Rinse thoroughly in cool, clean water until all the soapy residue is gone.

3. Drying

  • Never hang your wet garment to dry. The heavy, water-soaked fibers will cause the material to stretch out of shape.
  • Gently support the weight of the garment and press it against the side of the basin to drain excess water.
  • Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry white towel. Roll the towel up like a jelly roll and gently press on it to absorb the moisture.
  • Unroll the towel and transfer your garment onto a clean, dry flat surface (like a mesh drying rack) away from radiators and direct sunlight.
  • While damp, smooth the garment and shape it back to its original dimensions.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
