Care Instructions

To wash 100% organic cotton fleece, always check the garment's specific care label first. Generally, machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle using cold water and mild detergent, then air dry to maintain its softness, shape, and insulating properties.Step-by-Step Washing Instructions

  • Preparation: Turn the garment inside out, close all zippers and fasteners, and empty all pockets to prevent damage and reduce pilling. It is also recommended to wash the fleece separately from rough fabrics like denim to avoid lint transfer and friction.
  • Washing Machine Settings:Cycle: Use a gentle, delicate, or hand-wash cycle with a low spin speed to minimize agitation.Water Temperature: Use cold water to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage. Warm water may be used for heavy stains, but cold is preferred for regular washes.
  • Detergent and Additives:Detergent: Use a mild, environmentally friendly laundry detergent that is free of harsh chemicals, dyes, or fragrances.Avoid: Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, as these can coat the fibers, reduce the fabric's absorbency and breathability, and cause damage.Alternative: To naturally soften the fabric and remove detergent residue, you can add a small amount of distilled white vinegar to the rinse cycle. 

Drying Instructions

  • Air Dry (Recommended): The best method is to air dry by laying the item flat on a drying rack or clean towel. Gently press out excess water; do not wring or twist the fabric, as this can cause it to lose its shape.
  • Tumble Dry (Low Heat Only): If using a dryer, select a low or no-heat setting and remove the garment promptly to prevent heat damage and shrinkage. Adding wool dryer balls can help fluff the fabric and reduce static.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
