Care Instructions

To wash 100% organic cotton jersey rib, machine wash in cold (30°C or below) water on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and air dry flat or hang to prevent shrinkage and maintain shape.Detailed Washing Instructions

  • Check the Label: Always refer to the garment's specific care label first, as instructions may vary slightly depending on whether the item is pre-shrunk or has specific finishes or embellishments.
  • Machine Wash: Use a washing machine on a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water (maximum 30°C or 40°C, depending on the manufacturer's recommendation). Washing at lower temperatures helps prevent shrinkage, fading, and saves energy.
  • Detergent: Use a mild, eco-friendly, or plant-based laundry detergent. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and fabric softeners, as these chemicals can damage the organic fibers over time and leave residue.
  • Preparation:Wash with similar colors to avoid dye transfer.Turn the garment inside out to protect the outer surface during the wash cycle.Do not overload the washing machine to ensure proper cleaning and less creasing.
  • Drying:Air drying is highly recommended to extend the garment's life and prevent shrinkage. Gently shake and re-shape the item while damp, and either lay it flat or hang it to dry in a shaded area (direct sunlight can cause fading).Avoid tumble drying if possible. If you must use a dryer, use an air-only or low/no-heat setting, but be aware that any heat can cause some shrinkage.
  • Ironing: Iron on a medium heat setting, preferably while the fabric is slightly damp, or use a steamer.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

LOUD Apparel, Unit 7 Maun House, 1 Dunn Street, E8 2DG, London, UK.

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
