Care Instructions

To wash a polyester-filled cotton puffer jacket, check the care label, then machine wash it on a gentle cycle with a mild liquid detergent at 30°C (86°F), avoiding fabric softener. Dry the jacket in a tumble dryer on a low heat setting with tennis or dryer balls to restore the filling's loft, and avoid air-drying.Before Washing

  1. Check the care label: Always check the care label for specific instructions, as settings can vary by brand.
  2. Prepare the jacket: Empty all pockets, zip up all zippers, and close any flaps or drawstrings.
  3. Pre-treat stains: Brush off any loose dirt or grime. 

Machine Washing

  1. Use a front-loading machine: Use a front-loading washing machine if possible.
  2. Wash on a gentle cycle: Select a delicate or gentle cycle.
  3. Use cold or low temperature water: Wash in cold water or at a low temperature, a maximum of 30°C (86°F) is recommended.
  4. Add detergent: Use a small amount of liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
  5. Consider an extra rinse: An extra rinse cycle can ensure all detergent is removed from the filling. 

Drying

  1. Use a tumble dryer: Place the jacket in a tumble dryer.
  2. Use low heat: Set the dryer to a low or no heat setting.
  3. Add tennis balls or dryer balls: Put two or three clean tennis balls or dryer balls into the dryer with the jacket. These help to fluff the filling and prevent it from clumping.
  4. Dry completely: This process can take several hours, so be patient and let the jacket dry thoroughly to prevent clumping and mildew.
  5. Check and shake: Periodically remove the jacket to shake and fluff the filling, breaking up any clumps.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
