Care Instructions

To wash warm cotton knit slippers, it is generally recommended to either hand wash them with warm water and mild detergent or machine wash them on a cold, gentle cycle, always followed by air drying to prevent damage and maintain their shape and softness.

Washing Instructions for Cotton Knit Slippers:

Check the label: Always refer to the specific care instructions provided on your slippers' tag, as they will offer the most accurate guidance for your particular item.

Hand Washing:

  • Fill a sink with warm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Mix until suds are formed.
  • Gently scrub the slippers with a cloth or sponge, focusing on dirtier areas. Avoid fully submerging or soaking them excessively, as this can cause damage.
  • Rinse thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth to remove all soap residue.

Machine Washing (if suitable):

  • If the label permits machine washing, place the slippers in a mesh delicates bag to protect them.
  • Wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent.
  • Do not use hot water or high heat settings, as this can cause shrinking or damage.

Drying:

  • Always air dry your cotton knit slippers to avoid shrinkage and damage from heat.
  • Lay them flat in a shady, room temperature area.
  • If needed, you can gently reshape them while damp by pulling them back into place.
  • Avoid using a dryer, radiators, or direct sunlight, as these can damage the knit and potentially alter the slippers' shape.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

LOUD Apparel, Unit 7 Maun House, 1 Dunn Street, E8 2DG, London, UK.

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
