Care Instructions

To wash cotton jersey, machine wash on a gentle cycle with cool water, wash colors separately, and turn the garment inside out. To dry, avoid the tumble dryer and instead lay it flat or hang it to air dry, gently reshaping it first.Washing instructions

  • Turn inside out: Before washing, turn the garment inside out to protect any prints, logos, or embellishments.
  • Use cool water: Wash in cool water to prevent shrinking and damage.
  • Wash with similar colors: Separate bright colors from whites and other light colors to prevent dye transfer.
  • Use a gentle cycle: Select a gentle or delicate wash cycle on your machine.
  • Avoid overloading: Do not overfill the washing machine to prevent stretching.
  • Treat stains promptly: Pre-treat stains with a suitable solution and avoid bleach, 
  • Drying instructions
  • Do not tumble dry: The heat from a tumble dryer can cause cotton jersey to shrink.
  • Lay flat or hang: Lay the garment flat on a towel or hang it to air dry.
  • Reshape while damp: Gently pull the item into its correct shape before drying.
  • Avoid direct heat and sunlight: Do not dry in direct sunlight, as it can cause fading. 

Ironing

  • Use a low heat setting: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting.
  • Iron inside out: It can be helpful to iron the garment on the reverse side with a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
