Care Instructions

To wash seersucker, use cold water on a gentle cycle in a washing machine or wash by hand. Always air-dry seersucker by hanging it on a hanger, as tumble drying can damage the fabric. Ironing is generally not necessary, but if needed, use a low heat setting and a pressing cloth.Washing

  • Machine wash: Use a gentle cycle with cold water (maximum 30°C). A gentle or delicate cycle is best to avoid damaging the fibers.
  • Hand wash: Wash in cold water and gently squeeze out excess water instead of wringing or twisting the fabric.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach, as it can cause yellowing, especially on dyed fabrics. Avoid using harsh stain removers as they can alter the yarn's color. 

Drying

  • Air-dry: Hang the garment on a hanger and allow it to air-dry. A quick shake before hanging can help ease the ironing effort.
  • Avoid tumble drying: Never put seersucker in a tumble dryer, as the heat can damage the puckered texture. If using a dryer, use the "no heat" or "air fluff" setting. 

Ironing

  • Ironing is optional: The puckered texture is part of the fabric's charm, and many people do not iron seersucker.
  • Use low heat: If you need to iron, use a low to medium heat setting on your iron.
  • Protect the fabric: To prevent damage, use a pressing cloth or iron the garment while it is still slightly damp.
  • Consider steaming: Using a steam setting on an iron is another effective way to refresh the fabric without the risk of high heat.

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a product/s having manufacturing fault or defect, please write to us at sales@loud-apparel.com and return the item to:

You will need to return the goods to us, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached in the original packaging otherwise a full refund will not apply. PLEASE NOTE: For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with Loud Apparel as they were initially dispatched. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns.

Please note that the return policy is only valid if the item(s) less than 14 days old.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for sales products.

Refunds (enclose of postage expenses) will be submitted by Paypal accounts or credit and debit cards via Stripe, within 30days of receiving your return and verifying the issue of the product.

If the return is made by your own choice, LOUD Apparel will not be responsible of returns postage expenses.
